Based on a hill farm to the north of Lockerbie we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality 100% grass fed Dexter beef from our pedigree herd, Meadowbank Dexters, lamb from our pedigree Suffolk flock Islay Suffolks and our commercial flock of Dutch Texels.
Meet the Farmers
Elaine comes from a family with a long history in farming and graduated from Auchincruive Agricultural college with Bachelor of Technology in Agriculture with Honours. She is the inspiration and the driving force behind our farming enterprise and the person that I look to for advice and support with our stock, she is a great teacher.
Ross worked in the Aerospace industry for 24 years and comes with a wealth of knowledge on how to run a business. Together our combined skill sets are perfect for driving our business forward.
