We are Elaine and Ross and together we are
E & R Livestock.
Based on a hill farm to the north of Lockerbie we put our heart and soul into running our pedigree flock of Suffolk sheep, a flock of commercial Dutch Texel sheep and a pedigree herd of Dexter cattle producing high quality lamb and beef.
Meet the Farmers
Elaine and Ross
Elaine comes from a family with a long history in farming and graduated from Auchincruive Agricultural college with Bachelor of Technology in Agriculture with Honours. She is the inspiration and the driving force behind our farming enterprise and the person that I look to for advice and support with our stock, she is a great teacher.
Ross worked in the Aerospace industry for 24 years and comes with a wealth of knowledge on how to run a business. Together our combined skill sets are perfect for driving our business forward.
