Quite a delicate slice of beef. Never pot roasted a joint of beef before, but I will certainly try it again. Dexter grass fed beef. Couple of hours in the pan with carrots, onion and peppercorns. Being a novice, thought it would be a bit dry. But oh no, a delicious taste of beefiness succulence. Thanks Elaine & Ross. All the best with your venture.
